Je kunt o...</title><content type='html'>Chantal: dank voor de complimenten :-).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Je kunt ook stokbrood met zuurdesem maken, maar je kunt niet zomaar dit recept omtoveren tot een zuurdesemrecept. Je moet het dan helemaal omrekenen. Hoe lang je een desembrood laat rijzen hangt af van de sterkte van de desem en hoeveel desem je gebruikt. Hoe meer desem hoe korter de rijstijden. Ik laat deeg weleens een hele nacht rijzen, maar dan wel in de koelkast zodat ik niet het risico loop dat het deeg overrezen is als ik wakker word.
